YVONNE SCHAEFER – “More Than a REALTOR”

Yvonne’s Family
Yvonne has been married to her husband Jim for 29 wonderful years. They have four sons; PJ, Jesse, Danny, and Stephen.
- PJ is an Air Force officer in
- Jesse is teaching ROTC at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Jesse and Lindsay are expecting their first child (the 1st Grandbaby!!!), a little girl, in Mid-July.
- Danny is a Marine stationed in Beaufort, SC and just married his sweet heart Sarah at the end of May.
- Stephen is a junior at Raleigh Charter High School, which was ranked 9th in the nation in 2006. Stephen is an instrumental part of the Schaefer “Flip This House”-style team, as Jim and Yvonne tackle their own home rehab projects. (It would be amusing to have the cameras rolling for those projects!!!!)
Yvonne’s Faith
Yvonne has always been extensively involved in her church. She served as the Children’s Pastor at Cary Church of God for several years. During that time, she managed over 80 volunteers in 13 different departments. Yvonne’s Passion
Not only is Yvonne an outstanding individual, she is also an extraordinary professional. Out of over 180 agents in her North Raleigh Keller Williams office, Yvonne was named “Top Individual Listing Agent” in May 2007, and “Second Top Individual Sales Agent” in June 2007. She consistently received awards and recognition for “outstanding customer service” as a manager in previous occupations in the corporate and non-profit sectors.
Along with the high level of success Yvonne has demonstrated in her current and previous careers, she also maintains leadership roles within many community-based organizations. She currently serves as the President for the Raleigh Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, a chapter in the 12th largest women’s organization in the nation. Through this remarkable organization, she has the privilege of leading a team of gifted, dedicated, and extremely talented ladies who exemplify the organization’s goal; to empower women to succeed in the Real Estate industry.
